DataWorks:Monitors

Procedure

1. Log on to the DataWorks console. In the target region, click Data Governance > Data Quality in the left-side navigation pane. Select a workspace from the drop-down list and click Go to Data Quality.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Quality O&M > Monitor.

3. In the data source column, select a database to find the desired monitor. You can also filter the list by clicking My Subscriptions.

   

   Data quality supports various data sources, such as MaxCompute, E-MapReduce, Hologres, CDH Hive, AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL, AnalyticDB for MySQL, StarRocks, and MySQL. Select a data source to view your subscribed monitors.

   • Click a monitor name in the Monitor ID/Name/Description column to go to the Monitor details page. You can view its details or click the Edit button at the bottom of the page to modify its configuration. For more information, see Configure a monitoring rule for a single table.

   • Click Last Run History in the Actions column of the monitor to go to the Running Records page, where you can view the run details of the monitor.

   • In the Actions column for a monitor, click Alert Subscription to modify the alert notification method.

     Supported notification methods include Email, Email and SMS, DingTalk Chatbot, DingTalk Chatbot @ALL, Lark Group Chatbot, Enterprise WeChat Chatbot, Custom Webhook, and Telephone.

     Note

     • To set up notifications for DingTalk Chatbot, Lark Group Chatbot, or Enterprise WeChat Chatbot, obtain the webhook URL from the chatbot settings and paste it into the Alert Subscription dialog box.

     • The Custom Webhook method is available only in DataWorks Enterprise Edition. For the message format of Custom Webhook alert notifications, see Appendix: Webhook Message Format.

     • If you select Email, Email and SMS, or Telephone as the notification method, you can specify the Authorized object as Data Quality Monitoring Owner, Shift Schedule, or Scheduling Task Owner.

       • Data Quality Monitoring Owner: Alert notifications are sent to the Quality Monitoring Owner configured in the Basic Configurations section for the current monitor.

       • Shift Schedule: When an associated node triggers a quality rule alert, an alert is sent to the on-duty engineer scheduled for that day.

       • Scheduling Task Owner: Alerts are sent to the Head of the monitor's associated scheduling node.

     You can also click Delete in the Actions column to remove a subscription.
