The data download feature syncs CSV and XLSX files exported from the Data Studio, Data Analysis, and Security Center modules, letting you redownload historical files and trace past download operations. Downloaded files are available for 7 days; after that, they expire and cannot be redownloaded.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have downloaded data from at least one of the following modules:
: Query and download data using SQL statements. For more information, see SQL Query (Old Version).
: Download data using workbooks. For more information, see Download a workbook.
: Query and download data using SQL statements. For more information, see Data Studio (Old Version) and Data Studio (New Version).
NoteData Studio does not support exporting more than 10,000 rows of MaxCompute data. To export more data, use SQL Query (Old Version) in Data Analysis or the Tunnel command.
: Download data from entity owner change logs. For more information, see Change entity owner.
Go to the data download page
Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Data Integration > Data Upload and Download. On the page that appears, click Go to Data Upload and Download.
In the navigation pane on the left, click the
icon to go to the Download Data page.
Download the target data
On the Download Data page, filter files by any combination of the following dimensions to locate your target file: name, module, creation date, or status.
Only files in the Downloadable state can be downloaded. The following table describes all file statuses and the actions to take for each.
Status | Meaning | Action |
Downloadable | The file is available for download. | Click the download button to save the file. |
Download Rejected | An extension handling the pre-download event blocked the download. | Contact your Alibaba Cloud account administrator or a RAM user with high-level permissions to review the extension configuration. For more information, see Extensions. |
Expired | The file exceeded the 7-day retention window and can no longer be downloaded. | Re-export the data from the source module. |
Risk detection in progress | Threat detection is running for this file. The download is blocked until detection completes successfully. | Wait for detection to finish. If the file remains blocked, contact your administrator to review the detection results. To manage download behaviors across workspaces, configure Fraud Detection rules. |
Threat detection is disabled by default. It is enabled when an Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user with high-level permissions enables an extension to handle the pre-download event.
