Renew your subscription products before they expire to extend their service period. If you do not renew a product on time, its service may be suspended or the instance may be released. This topic describes the expiration policies and renewal procedures for subscription products.
Limits
The expiration policies and renewal procedures apply only to subscription products, not to pay-as-you-go products.
Only users with both the AliyunDataWorksFullAccess and AliyunBSSOrderAccess access policies can renew products.
Expiration policy
After a subscription product expires, its service is suspended or the instance is released. The following tables provide the details.

Renewal policy
The following tables describe the renewal policies for subscription products.

Procedure
If you do not renew a resource group on time, its service may be suspended. After you complete the renewal, it takes about 30 minutes for the system to authenticate the resource group and restore its service. Therefore, we recommend that you renew the resource group in advance to ensure service continuity. The renewal procedure is as follows:
Go to the Resource Groups page.
Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Group to go to the Resource Groups page.
Find the resource group that you want to renew. In the Actions column, click
and select Renew.On the Renew page, select a Billing Cycle and select the Terms of Service checkbox.
Click Buy Now to complete the renewal. You can then continue to use the product.
