Renew your subscription product before it expires to extend its service period. If you do not renew the product in time, the service may be suspended or the instance may be released. This topic describes the expiration policy and renewal procedure for subscription products.
Limitations
The expiration policy and renewal procedure apply only to subscription products, not to pay-as-you-go products.
To renew products, you must have both the AliyunDataWorksFullAccess and AliyunBSSOrderAccess access policies.
Expiration policy
After a subscription product expires, its service is suspended or the instance is released. The following tables provide the details.

Renewal policy
The following tables describe the renewal policies for subscription products.

DataWorks Standard Edition, Professional Edition, and Enterprise Edition | You can renew the Standard, Professional, or Enterprise edition before it expires or within 15 days after expiration. Procedure
If you do not renew a resource group in time, its service is suspended immediately after it expires. After you complete the renewal, it takes the system about 30 minutes to authenticate and recover the status of the resource group. Therefore, we recommend that you renew the resource group in advance to ensure service continuity. The renewal procedure is as follows:
Go to the Resource Groups page.
Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Group to go to the Resource Groups page.
Find the target resource group, click
in the Actions column, and select Renew.On the page, select a Billing Cycle and the Terms of Service checkbox.
Click Buy Now to complete the renewal. After the renewal is complete, you can continue to use the related products.
