    This topic describes the billing items for Data Management (DMS), including product types, billing methods, and pricing. It excludes the billing items of Data Disaster Recovery.

    Notes

    • DMS billing items cannot switch between pay-as-you-go and subscription-based billing.

      To switch from pay-as-you-go to a subscription, unsubscribe from the pay-as-you-go billing item and purchase the subscription version.

    • The subscription billing items cannot offset the costs of pay-as-you-go billing items.

      For example, purchasing a subscription-based Secure Collaboration mode will not offset the costs incurred by an existing pay-as-you-go Secure Collaboration mode.

    DMS Data+AI

    DMS Compute Resources

    Subscription and Pay-As-You-Go.

    • Subscription: $180/4 CUs/month.

    • Pay-As-You-Go: $0.375/4 CUs/hour.

    The following features entail DMS Compute Resources billing item:

    Data Agent for Analytics

    Subscription only.

    Enterprise Edition

    • Edition fee: $600/month.

    • Large model concurrency: $600/month/unit. Requires a minimum purchase of 10 concurrency units.

    • Large model concurrency determines the agent's resource configuration and the Tokens per Minute (TPM) limit for large model calls, thereby affecting the number of parallel tasks.

    • The resource consumption of parallel tasks varies with their complexity.

    Data Agent Service

    Pay-As-You-Go only.

    $0.15/call

    Each call is limited to a maximum of 100K tokens.

    View DMS billed items

    1. On the Data Management DMS 5.0 page, click the image icon and choose Billing > DMS Order Management.

      Note

      If you are not using the Simple Mode console, choose image > DMS Order Management from the top menu bar.

    2. View your currently billed items.

    View DMS bills

    1. Log in to the Expenses and Costs console.

    2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Billing > Bill Details.

    3. Select a Bill Generation Date and a Product Name.

    4. Click Search.

    FAQ

    Q: Why am I being charged for a pay-as-you-go DMS service even if I didn't use it?

    A: Purchased pay-as-you-go quotas are billed continuously, regardless of whether they are assigned to instances. You must manually unsubscribe or reallocate the quota to another instance when the original instance has been released. DMS does not automatically unsubscribe the quota.
