Dear Database Autonomy Service (DAS) Enterprise Edition users, DAS Economy Edition will be gradually upgraded to DAS O&M Services. Please review the impacts and affected features of this upgrade and take the necessary actions.
Timeline
The gradual upgrade will begin in August 2025 and is expected to be complete for all users by the end of September 2025.
Impacts
The DAS Economy Edition will be discontinued, and its features will be removed from the Enterprise Edition. Enterprise instances will no longer include these features. To use these features, you must subscribe to the new DAS O&M Service.
The slow query log statistics feature will be upgraded and moved to DAS O&M Service (requiring a paid subscription). The legacy version of this feature will be decommissioned on August 12.
DAS O&M Service will include more advanced features, and its pricing will be adjusted. For details about features and pricing, see DAS Product Editions and Billing Details.
Affected features
Instance Sessions: lock waits, session-associated transactions, and real-time analysis of abnormal SQL statements in sessions.
Lock Analysis: full deadlock analysis and other lock analysis.
Space Fragmentation: custom settings for space analysis, tables or indexes with no traffic, and automatic fragment reclamation.
Slow Query Log Statistics: This public preview feature is now a paid feature. It includes statistics on user and client source distribution, multi-dimensional data filtering, and sorting. You can query slow query log statistics from the last 7 days. It also provides visualized execution plans and AI-powered analysis. The public preview will be automatically disabled at no cost. To continue using this feature, you must manually enable it and pay the required fees. Slow query log details will remain free.
Query Administration: Daily (T+1) analysis of the top 200 slow queries. This includes automatic classification of root causes such as implicit type conversion, loose index scans, deep pagination, and large table scans to help you optimize slow SQL.
