Description |
|
Burstable protection bandwidth |

Pay-as-you-go |
Pay-as-you-go fees apply when attack traffic exceeds the basic protection bandwidth but stays below the burstable protection bandwidth. |
|
Clean bandwidth |
100 Mbps |
100 Mbps |
Subscription |
Maximum clean traffic throughput under normal conditions. Can be extended. |
|
95th percentile burstable clean bandwidth |
Daily 95th percentile |
Daily 95th percentile |
Pay-as-you-go |
Enables daily 95th percentile billing for clean bandwidth. Pay-as-you-go fees apply when actual bandwidth exceeds the clean bandwidth but stays below the 95th percentile burstable clean bandwidth threshold. |
|
Clean queries per second (QPS) |
3,000 |
3,000 |
Subscription |
Maximum concurrent HTTP/HTTPS requests under normal conditions. Can be extended. Note
Set this parameter based on your actual service usage. If your actual usage exceeds the Clean QPS specification you selected at purchase, packet loss may occur and full logs may be incomplete. |
|
95th percentile burstable QPS |
Daily 95th percentile |
Daily 95th percentile |
Pay-as-you-go |
Enables daily 95th percentile billing for Clean QPS. Pay-as-you-go fees apply when actual QPS exceeds the Clean QPS but stays below the 95th percentile burstable QPS threshold. |
|
Function plan |
Standard Plan |
Standard Plan |
Subscription |
Includes Standard and Enhanced function plans. The Enhanced plan improves service access and DDoS attack mitigation capabilities. For more information, see Differences between Standard and Enhanced function plans. |
|
Number of protected domain names |
50 |
50 |
Subscription |
Number of HTTP/HTTPS domains that can be protected. Can be extended. Every 10 additional domain names allow one additional first-level domain. For example, with 50 domain names, the total number of first-level domains cannot exceed 5. |
|
Number of ports |
50 |
50 |
Subscription |
The number of TCP and UDP ports supported by the instance, which can be increased using an extension. |

For example, if you select 500 Mbps for Clean Bandwidth when purchasing an instance, you pay the following monthly fee for the extended clean bandwidth:
(100 - 0) × 0 + (500 - 100) × 15 = USD 6,000

For example, if you select 6,000 business QPS when you purchase an instance, you are charged monthly for the extended instance's business QPS.
(3,000 - 0) × 0 + (5,000 - 3,000) × 1.5 + (6,000 - 5,000) × 1.425 = USD 4,425

Feature |
Billing method |
Description |
|
Burstable protection bandwidth |
Pay-as-you-go (daily) |
Available only for Professional Edition instances. Provides additional DDoS mitigation capacity beyond the basic protection bandwidth. For more information, see Billing of burstable protection bandwidth. |
|
Burstable clean bandwidth |
Pay-as-you-go (daily or monthly) |
Provides additional clean bandwidth during normal traffic spikes to prevent service throttling. For more information, see Billing of the burstable clean bandwidth feature. |
|
Burstable QPS |
Pay-as-you-go (daily or monthly) |
Provides additional Clean QPS capacity during traffic surges to prevent service throttling. For more information, see Billing of the burstable QPS feature. |
Expiration policy
|
Time period |
Service traffic forwarding |
Instance configuration |
|
0–6 days after expiration |
Retains a 5 Gbps blackhole threshold. Traffic exceeding 5 Gbps triggers blackhole filtering. |
Configuration retained. |
|
7–14 days after expiration |
Service traffic forwarding stops. Resumes after renewal. Warning
To avoid service disruption, switch traffic to your origin server at least 7 days before expiration. • Website services: Ensure domain name resolution does not point to the Anti-DDoS Proxy CNAME address. • Non-website services: Ensure your service IP does not use the Anti-DDoS Proxy exclusive IP address. |
Configuration retained. |
|
Day 15 after expiration |
Service traffic forwarding stops. |
Instance released. Warning
After all Anti-DDoS Proxy instances under your account are released for 30 days, the system automatically clears all associated domain and port forwarding rules. The 30-day countdown starts from the release of the last instance. |
Note: Expiration notifications and release notifications are temporarily unavailable. Starting seven, three, and one day before your instance expires, Alibaba Cloud sends reminders via and email to notify you that your instance is about to expire and prompt you to renew.
Overdue payments
-
Your account is considered overdue if your available balance — including cash, vouchers, and coupons — is insufficient to cover your bill.
-
To avoid service disruption, top up your account balance promptly.
Renewal policy
You can manually or automatically renew an instance. For more information, see Instance management.
Refund policy
Refunds are not available after purchase.
Bill query
You can query bills in Expenses and Costs. For more information, see Overview of monthly bills.
