Account Blocking and Freezing Rules
Block: It allows users to login the mailbox and receive emails, but restricts email sending.
Freeze: It restricts logon email accounts, email sending and receiving.
If the following conditions occur, the mailbox will be blocked. In severe cases, the mailbox will be frozen. The frozen mailbox cannot be unsealed at will:
The account sends emails that have adverse effects such as phishing, fraud, and viruses.
Suspected of multi-account registration and abuse of services.
Complaints from third parties due to sending a large number of spam emails, damage to the channel reputation of mailbox products, and other situations with adverse effects.
