This topic describes the multi-factor authentication feature.
1. Multi-factor authentication is a security mechanism used to enhance the security of user accounts. This function supports a variety of authentication methods, such as user name, password and mobile phone verification code, etc. to allow login after successful authentication.
2. If you select "Secure SMS Authentication", "security risk Authentication" and "Authenticator Authentication" at the same time, the user can select one authentication when logging in.
Procedure:
1. Turn on Enable Dual Authentication.
2. Select the object for which you want to enable the multi-factor feature from the Enable Range drop-down list. If you want to disable the multi-factor feature for an account, click Add Exception.
3. Select the authentication method;
4. Click Save.

All accounts that have multi-factor authentication enabled must be bound to a secure mobile phone. If you have an account that is not bound to a mobile phone, add it to the exception.
