What Is The Security Center?

The Security Center is a visual interface for monitoring potential risks of Alibaba Mail accounts in the email management background. It is an important tool for product security. It provides clear and intuitive awareness of potential security risks to mailboxes, such as logons and sending and receiving. For risky accounts, such as weak accounts and unbound secure mobile phone accounts, clear security control channels are provided to comprehensively improve Alibaba Mail security indicators.

Usage Notes

Log on to the mailbox management background by administrator account. In the left-side navigation page, choose Security > Security Center.

You can view the following five modules in Security Center: Login Map, Mailbox Security Score, Risk Alert, Mail Data Trends, and Sent Mails Rank. The administrator can view the logon status and email sending and receiving status of all accounts in the domain in Security Center.

Detailed Description of Each Module:

1. Account Login Map: You can view the logon status of all accounts in the last 7 days or in the last 30 days.

   1. Click Number of normal or abnormal login accounts to view details, including the name, email address, logon time, logon method, and logon location of the account.

   2. Click Export to export the logon account list.

2. Mailbox Security Score and Risk Alert:

   1. You can click Go to Settings or See more to check the details of each alert.

   2. Click See more to export the account list. Click Export to download the file to the task center.

   3. You can also notify the user to change the password. An email will be sent to the users in the list. The sender of the email is the logged-in administrator account, and the recipient in the email will dynamically change to the users in the list.

   4. Click Go to Settings to jump to the corresponding function interface.

      Note

      The score and the list of remaining accounts are updated the day after the settings are complete.

3. Mail Data Trends and Sent Mails Rank: It displays the total number of received and sent emails and the ranking of the top 5 sending and receiving accounts by day. The time range is the last 7 days and the last 30 days.
