This topic describes how to customize a logon URL for Alibaba Mail.
Procedure:
1. Use the postmaster account to login to the Alibaba Mail domain management page.
2. In the Customization- Personalization page, click Add domain.
3. In the CNAME settings section, click Settings and follow the instructions to resolve the CNAME record. After you confirm that the resolution takes effect, click Refresh.
Take Alibaba Cloud DNS Console as an example, please add the resolution as follows:
4. The domain name bound to Alibaba Mail does not need to be filled, so you can ignore the Filling status.
5. After you complete the resolution, please turn on the switch for the address that needs to be used as default link.
If multiple logon addresses are specified, you can enable only one.
6. Use the set domain set address: mail.domain name to login the Webmail, and you can log in successfully.
7. Other unset and unopened addresses cannot be used to login.
