Alibaba Mail supports enterprise letter footer setup on the domain management platform. When the recipient receives the email, the content of the letter footer will be displayed at the bottom of the mail body, and an official email declaration will be attached.
Procedure:
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page-> Customization-> Personalization.
2. On the Business Letter Footer page, select Use Custom Business Letter Footer, fill the content and click Save.
The character limit is a maximum of 32768 characters (32KB), with no width or height restrictions.
3. The content of the letter footer can be seen after the recipient receives the email.
The Custom Business Letter Footer function can only be set for all accounts under the domain.
