Scenario
For emails that are normally sent, the recipient indicates that multiple copies are repeatedly received (In general, the email is received repeatedly in the email client).

This explanation is only for Alibaba Mail. The receiving status of non-Alibaba Mail account cannot be thoroughly checked from the Alibaba Mail system.
Cause Analysis & Solution
For the sent mail, whether there is the phenomenon of repeated sending, which leads to repeated receiving by the receiver, please first check whether the sent email is normal in the sent folder of the sending account.
If only one email is retained in the sent email, it indicates that the delivery process is normal and no delivery is repeated in most cases. You can view the delivery status of the email in the Sent Items folder, as shown in the following figure:
In the sent folder, if the queried email is not delivered repeatedly and the recipient receives repeated email, please refer to the method Alibaba Mail why the client software receives repeated mail to understand the relevant reasons.
