The system detects that the MX record of the domain name is not properly configured. As a result, the function of sending and receiving emails cannot be properly used. The possible causes are as follows:
1. Check whether your domain name expires and the DNS resolution of the domain name is invalid. Contact your domain name administrator to go to the console of the domain name service provider to check the validity of the domain name;
2. Check the DNS record value of the domain name, and contact your email administrator to go to the console of the domain name service provider to add the correct MX record to ensure the normal use of the mailbox service.
