ActionTrail:Delete a single-account trail

You can delete a single-account trail when it is no longer needed. Deleting a trail stops it from capturing and delivering new events. It does not delete any events that have already been delivered to your storage destination.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the ActionTrail console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Trails.

  3. On the Trails page, find the target trail and click Delete in the Actions column.

  4. In the Delete Trail dialog box, click Confirm.

    Important

    Deleting a trail does not delete the events already stored in your Simple Log Service (SLS) Logstore or Object Storage Service (OSS) bucket. To remove those events, you must delete them manually from those services. For more information, see Stop billing or delete a Logstore and Delete buckets.
