View and manage the details of your Alibaba Cloud account in Account Center, including the logon name, the account ID, and more.
View basic account information
Basic account information
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Account Center. On the Overview page, in the My Account section, you can view basic information such as Username, Account ID, Last login time, Registered At, Country/Region, and Mobile Phone Number.
Go to the Basic Information page to view your Account Type (whether the account is Personal or Enterprise/Government (includes enterprises, governments, public institutions, groups, and organizations)), Business Information, and Contact Information.
After the account completes identity verification, the information on the Basic Information page is updated to the verified information.
Account identity verification information
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Account Center and go to the Identity Verification page to view the identity verification status and the identity verification information of the account. For details about identity verification, see Identity verification overview.
Modify basic account information
RAM user, RAM role, and Enterprise SSO logons cannot change the account logon email. Ask the account administrator to log on to the Alibaba Cloud account and make this change.
Modify the secure phone number
The secure phone number is primarily used for secondary authentication and for receiving critical security notifications. For more information, see Change your mobile phone number.
Log on to the Account Center and go to the Security Settings page. In the Basic Settings section, click Modify under Mobile Phone Number.
Alternatively, on the Overview page, in the My Account area, click the
icon next to Mobile Phone Number.Verify your identity using your original mobile phone number, logon email, or TOTP.
After verification, enter your new phone number, click Get Verification Code, enter the code, and click OK.
NoteThe phone number must match the country or region you selected during registration.
A phone number can be bound to up to six Alibaba Cloud accounts. If you reach this limit, use a different number or close unused accounts. Close your Alibaba Cloud account.
A Modified successfully message appears.
Modify the logon name (logon email address)
The logon email address is the logon name of your Alibaba Cloud account. It is primarily used for account logon, secondary authentication, and receiving critical security notifications. For more information, see Change your logon email address.
Log on to the Account Center and go to the Security Settings page. In the Basic Settings section, click Modify under Username.
Alternatively, on the Overview page, in the My Account section, click the
icon next to Username.Verify your identity with your mobile phone number, original logon email, or TOTP.
Enter your new Logon Email Address, click Get Verification Code, enter the code, and click Confirm.
A Modification successful message appears.
Modify the profile picture background color
The account profile picture is used for personalization or identity recognition in the console and helps you quickly distinguish between multiple accounts. By default, the profile picture displays the first letter of your username on a blue background. Custom profile pictures are not supported.
To change the background color, perform the following steps:
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Account Center. On the Overview page, in the My Account section, click the
icon next to the profile picture to modify it.
