Usage notes
You cannot upgrade the major engine version of an RDS instance from MariaDB 10.3 to MariaDB 10.6.
To create an RDS instance with MariaDB 10.6:

Log on to the ApsaraDB RDS console. Select the target region and click Create Instance.

Set Billing Method.

Set Database Engine to MariaDB 10.6.
