The issue occurs when your email account is restricted to send emails to external domains. Sent emails are returned due to this restriction.
We recommend that you contact the administrator to log on to the Alibaba Mail console using a postmaster account to enable the permission. After the permission of sending emails to external domains is enabled, you can retry sending the message again.
