Last Updated:Aug 22, 2023

You can enable auto-renewal when you create subscription cloud computers, cloud computer pools (formerly desktop groups), and premium bandwidth plans. You can also manually renew these resources after you create them. This topic describes the renewal of resources in WUYING Workspace.

Renew a cloud computer or cloud computer pool

You must renew a cloud computer or cloud computer pool in a grace period of 30 days after the cloud computer or cloud computer pool expires. During the grace period, the cloud computer or cloud computers in the pool are automatically stopped, and these cloud computers are in the Expired state. However, data on the cloud computers are still retained, and you can resume your work on the cloud computers after you renew them.

Important

If you do not renew them within the grace period after the cloud computer or pool expires, these cloud computers are automatically released, and snapshots and images that are created based on the cloud computers are also automatically released. In this case, data on the cloud computers cannot be retrieved. For more information, see Expiration and overdue payments.

Renew a premium bandwidth plan

Premium bandwidth plans that are billed on a subscription basis have a specific valid duration. We recommend that you renew a premium bandwidth plan at the earliest opportunity before it expires to ensure that your end users can access the Internet from cloud computers as expected.

Important

After a subscription premium bandwidth plan expires, the plan immediately becomes invalid, and your end users cannot access the Internet from the associated cloud computers. The system automatically releases the plan one day after the plan expires.
