A subscription cloud computer pool (formerly desktop group) is valid for a specific period of time based on its subscription duration. Cloud computers in the cloud computer pool become unavailable when the period elapses. If you want to continue to use a cloud computer pool when the pool expires, you must renew the pool in a grace period. You can enable auto-renewal when you create a cloud computer pool. You can also manually renew the pool after you create it. This topic describes how to manually renew a subscription cloud computer pool.
Background
When you create a subscription cloud computer pool, WUYING Workspace automatically creates cloud computers based on the number of cloud computers and subscription duration you specify. The cloud computers are automatically released 30 days after they expire. We recommend that you renew the cloud computers before the subscription duration elapses to prevent service interruption.
Procedure
Log on to the WUYING Workspace (Pro Edition) console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
In the upper-left corner of the top navigation bar, select a region.
On the Cloud Computer Pools page, find the subscription pool that you want to renew and click Renew in the Actions column.
On the page that appears, specify Renewal Duration and select Enable Auto-renewal.
If you select Auto-renewal, the pool is automatically renewed for another month before the pool expires.
Confirm the configuration fees, click Confirm Order, and then complete the payment as prompted.
