This topic describes how to add and remove end users to which a cloud computer pool is assigned.
After you assign a cloud computer pool to end users, the end users can access the cloud computers in the cloud computer pool by using clients. When you assign a cloud computer pool to end users, take note of the following items:
You can assign a cloud computer pool to multiple end users. However, cloud computers in the cloud computer pool are not automatically associated with the end users. When an end user requests a cloud computer, the system randomly assigns an idle cloud computer from the pool to the end user.Note
If no idle cloud computer is available, the system may not assign a cloud computer to an end user who requests a cloud computer. When you create a cloud computer pool, we recommend that you select a billing method and configure a scaling policy based on your business scenario and scale to ensure user experience. For more information, see Overview.
A cloud computer can be used by only one end user at a time. After an end user disconnects from a cloud computer, the cloud computer is reset or released.Note
A disconnection occurs when an end user disconnects from a cloud computer, or when an exception such as a network error occurs. After an end user disconnects from a cloud computer, the system holds the cloud computer session for 10 minutes. After the session expires, the system resets or releases the cloud computer based on the cloud computer configurations.
