You can assign a specified application to an end user and configure auto-installation of the application for the end user. The end user to which is assigned the application can go to Application Center on a cloud computer to download and install the application. This topic describes how to assign an application to an end user and how to configure auto-installation for the application.
Prerequisites
You can assign free applications, self-managed applications, and paid applications to end users. If you want to assign paid or self-managed applications, make sure that the applications are paid or uploaded. For more information, see Purchase an application or Upload a self-managed application.
Assign applications to end users
You can assign the specified applications to specific end users. This way, the end users can install only the applications that you assigned. The following section describes how to assign an application to an end user.
Log on to the WUYING Workspace console.
In the upper-left corner of the top navigation bar, select a region.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
You can use one of the following methods to assign one or more applications to the end user.
Assign an application to the end user
On the Applications page, select the application that you want to assign and click Batch Configure Visibility in the top navigation bar.
On the Applications page, find the application that you want to assign and click Configure Visibility in the Actions column.
Assign multiple applications to the end user
On the Applications page, select the applications that you want to assign and click Batch Configure Visibility in the top navigation bar.
Turn on Configure Visibility based on your business requirements.
If you turn on Configure Visibility, only the specified end users can view, download, and install the applications in Application Center on cloud computers.
If you turn off Configure Visibility, all end users cannot view, download, or install the applications in Application Center on cloud computers.
You can use one of the following methods to assign applications to end users.
Assign applications to specific end users
Only the specified users can view, download, and install the applications in Application Center on cloud computers.
Select Specific User.
Specify the Account Type parameter.
Convenience Account
AD Account
If you select AD Account, you must configure an AD domain.
In the Invisible User section, select the end users for which you want to configure visibility by using one of the following methods.
Select one or more end users from the user list.
Click the downward arrow to the left of Invisible User, and select Select all data or Invert current page based on your business requirements.
If you want to select all users in the list, select Select all data. If you want to select all the users except for the selected users, click Invert current page.
Click the icon to add the end user that you selected to the Visible User section.
Assign applications to all end users
Select All User. All users can view and download the applications in Application Center on cloud computers.
Select The system automatically installs applications after you configure the applications that are visible to users.
The system automatically installs the applications after the applications are assigned to the end users.
NoteIf self-managed applications support silent installation, you can specify whether the system can automatically install the applications for end users. If the self-managed applications do not support silent installation, you can submit a ticket to contact the technical support.
For non-self-managed applications, you can submit a ticket to apply for auto-installation for end users.
Enter parameters in the Silent Installation Parameter field.
If you enable the auto-installation feature, you must enter the parameters for silent installation.
Click OK.
Automatically install an application
The auto-installation feature for applications is in invitational preview. If you want to use the feature, submit a ticket.
You can enable the auto-installation feature when you assign applications to end users or after you assign the applications to end users. The following section describes how to configure auto-installation of applications for end users.
Log on to the WUYING Workspace console.
In the upper-left corner of the top navigation bar, select a region.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Applications page, use one of the following methods to configure auto-installation of applications:
Auto-installation for an application
Use one of the following methods to go to the auto-installation page:
Select the application for which you want to configure auto-installation and click Auto Installation in the Actions column.
Select the application for which you want to configure auto-installation and click Batch Auto Installation in the top navigation bar.
Auto-installation for multiple applications
Select the applications for which you want to configure auto-installation and click Batch Auto Installation in the top navigation bar.
In the Auto Installation or Batch Auto Installation panel, configure parameters. The following table describes the parameters.

Silent Installation Parameter
Enter the parameters for silent installation. For multiple applications, you must enter the parameters for silent installation.
NoteTo ensure better user experience, make sure that all parameters for silent installation are valid.
Select User
Select the end users to which you want to assign the applications. Valid values:
Specific User
All User
NoteIf you select All User, skip the following parameters and go to Step 6.
Account Type
Convenience Account
AD Account
NoteIf you select AD Account, you must select an AD domain.
User for Manual Installation
Select the end users for which you want the system to automatically install the applications based on your business requirements.
Click OK.
What to do next
For the applications that are assigned to specific end users, you can adjust the permissions to download and install the applications based on your business requirements. For example, you can grant the permissions on application download and installation to the end users. You can also revoke the permissions.
