This topic describes how to modify the maximum number of concurrent SSL-VPN connections supported by a VPN gateway.
Before You Begin
A VPN gateway with SSL-VPN enabled is required.
Important Notes
Downgrade impact: If the number of connected SSL-VPN clients exceeds the new upper limit during a downgrade, existing connections may be interrupted. We recommend that you configure automatic reconnection for your services to minimize disruption.
Billing: After you submit the order, the system immediately bills the VPN gateway based on the new configuration. For more information, see Billing overview.
Effective time: The new specification takes effect immediately. However, you may need to wait a few minutes for the change to propagate due to network latency.
Procedure
Log on to the VPN Gateway console.
-
In the top navigation bar, select the region where the VPN gateway is deployed.
-
On the VPN Gateway page, find the target VPN gateway.
-
In the Maximum Concurrent SSL Connections column, click Upgrade or Downgrade.
-
In the SSL-VPN Connections section, select the new specification.
In the Terms of Service section, read and select the terms of service. Then, click Buy Now and complete the payment.
The modification takes effect immediately. You can modify the SSL-VPN specification as needed based on your business requirements.
