To continuously enhance your experience and improve the stability of our services, Alibaba Cloud will begin a phased rollout of adjustments to the billing precision and fields for pay-as-you-go cloud resources, starting in September 2025.
Adjustment details
Billing precision upgrade: The maximum billing precision for pay-as-you-go cloud resources will be increased from 6 to 10 decimal places. For details, see Changes in bill field logic before and after the adjustment.
Deprecation of legacy report: The Transaction Details report under Bills > Bill Details in the legacy Expenses and Costs console will be retired.
Impact: You will no longer be able to view this report.
Alternative: The query functionality previously available in the Transaction Details report is now accessible via Bills > Overview of Monthly Bill. For details, see Bill instructions.
New rounding-related line item: A new line item—rounding adjustment fee—is added to the bill details. See New rounding fees in the detailed bill.
Impact description
Affected users: The changes will be rolled out in phases. Only users included in a release phase will be impacted.
Affected data: The adjustments apply only to newly generated data after the rollout. Historical bill data remains unchanged and unaffected.
