Due to tariff changes by carriers in certain countries and regions, Alibaba Cloud International SMS has updated its billing accordingly. For information about the revised billing, see Billing.
The billing adjustment applies exclusively to the pay-as-you-go billing method and will become effective at 00:00 on March 1, 2025 (UTC+8) .
The table below details the countries and regions affected by this billing adjustment. Those not listed will continue with the existing billing standards.
