Server Migration Center (SMC) allows you to migrate your PC or cloud desktop to WUYING Workspace. WUYING Workspace is an easy-to-use, secure, and efficient cloud desktop service. It supports fast creation and efficient management of desktop environments. You can use WUYING Workspace to build a secure and flexible office system. This topic describes the benefits, scenarios, and limits of the desktop migration feature.
Benefits
Migration without service interruption
During migration, data in the source desktop system is completely replicated. You do not need to stop the services of the source desktop system.
Simple, lightweight, and flexible configuration
SMC provides a lightweight client that does not require installation.
SMC provides multiple migration methods. You can select a method based on your business requirements.
After you start a migration task, SMC manages the entire migration progress.
Secure data transmission
By default, SMS uses 2,048-bit RSA keys to encrypt data during data transmission.
SMS allows you to migrate data over a private network. For example, you can use a VPN gateway or an Express Connect circuit to migrate data.
Resumable upload
If data transfer is interrupted, you can restart the SMC client and the desktop migration task to resume the migration.

Migrate Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instances to WUYING Workspace.

Limits
Only Windows servers can be migrated to WUYING Workspace. The following versions of Windows are not supported:
