This topic describes the refund policies of Simple Log Service.

Billing method


Resource plan

Before you cancel a resource plan, make sure that the resource plan meets the following conditions, and then submit a ticket:

  • You purchased the resource plan in the previous seven days.

  • You did not use the resource plan.

  • You did not use the renewal method to purchase the resource plan.


You are billed for pay-as-you-go resources only after you use the resources. You cannot apply for a refund after you use these resources.

If you no longer require Simple Log Service, you can release Simple Log Service resources based on your business requirements. After you release the resources, you are no longer charged for the resources. For more information, see How do I stop being billed for Simple Log Service?
