    Simple Application Server:The memory and disk usage information of a server is not displayed in the Simple Application Server console

    Memory and system disk usage metrics are collected by the CloudMonitor agent. When you reset the OS of a server, the CloudMonitor agent may stop working, causing these metrics to stop appearing in the console.

    Install the CloudMonitor agent

    Follow the instructions in Manually install the CloudMonitor agent for C++ on an ECS instance to reinstall the agent.
