This topic describes the description, cause, and solution of the problem that the memory and disk usage information of a server is not displayed in the Simple Application Server console.
Problem description
When you view the monitoring information of server in the Simple Application Server console, the memory and system disk usage information is not displayed.
Cause
In the Simple Application Server console, the monitoring data of the memory and system disks of servers is obtained by using the CloudMonitor agent. After you reset the OS of a server, the CloudMonitor agent may fail and the monitoring data of the memory and system disk of the server cannot be collected.
Solution
Manually install the CloudMonitor agent. For more information, see Manually install the CloudMonitor agent for C++ on an ECS instance.
