Service Catalog:What to do if a product has no active version when launching it

If you cannot select a product version when launching a product, use the following method to resolve the issue.

Root cause

This message appears because an administrator has deleted all versions of the product.

On the Launch Product page, the Product Version drop-down list displays the following message: The product has no active version. Contact your administrator.

Solution

Sign in as a Service Catalog administrator and go to the Product Management page. Create at least one version for the product.
