Service Catalog is a free service. You are charged only for the cloud resource instances created from launched products.
Service Catalog is free of charge. You can use it immediately after activation.
Administrators can define products from templates of one or more cloud services in the Service Catalog console. After a product is launched, the resulting cloud resource instances, such as Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instances and Server Load Balancer (SLB) instances, are billed based on the billing rules of each cloud service.
