Manage namespaces
If your application has high security requirements, you can create a namespace to isolate its resources and services. This topic describes how to manage namespaces.
Prerequisites
Before you perform any namespace operation, complete the following steps:
Log on to the SchedulerX console.
In the top navigation bar, select a region.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Namespace.
Create a namespace
On the Namespace page, click CreateNamespace.
In the CreateNamespace panel, configure the following parameters.
Parameter Description Name The name of the namespace. Description A brief description of the namespace. Click OK.
A "Created successfully" message appears and the new namespace is listed on the Namespace page.
Edit a namespace
On the Namespace page, find the target namespace and click Edit in the Actions column.
On the Edit Namespace page, modify Name or Description as needed.
Click OK.
An "Edited successfully" message appears and the updated information is reflected on the Namespaces page.
Delete a namespace
On the Namespace page, find the target namespace and click Delete in the Actions column.
In the Prompt dialog box, click OK to confirm the deletion.
A "Deleted successfully" message appears and the namespace is removed from the list on the Namespaces page.
