The Workflow Instance page gives you a centralized view of your organization's approval activity — how many workflows are running, how they're distributed by type, and which ones need action. Use this page to track approval volume over time, identify pending requests that require attention, and batch-process workflows directly from the same view.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
A configured approval workflow. For setup instructions, see Configure an approval workflow
View workflow statistics
Log on to the SASE console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Approval Center > Workflow Instance.
In the Workflow Statistics section, review the following metrics within the last 1 day, last 7 days, or last month:
Metric Description Workflow trend chart Shows how approval volume has changed over the selected period Workflow distribution by type Breaks down the number of workflows by category Number of organizational workflows Shows the total workflow count for your organization
View the status of workflows
The workflow list shows all in-process and complete workflows. Use the search and filter controls to narrow results, then click a workflow to view its details.
Process a workflow
On the Processing tab, click Batch Approve or Batch Reject to approve or reject a workflow.
