Secure Access Service Edge:Client use issues

When an error occurs with the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) desktop client, you can upload logs to help identify the cause and find a solution.

Upload logs using the Feedback button

Click Feedback to upload logs. This button is available both before and after you log on to the client.

Identify errors using error codes

You can use the SASE client error code reference to identify the cause and find a resolution. For the full list of error codes, see Network diagnosis-related error codes of the SASE client.
