Serverless App Engine:View historical alerts

After the alert events generated by the alert rule are aggregated, an alert is generated. You can view the sending history of alerts and claim and handle alerts. This topic describes how to view alert sending details and manage alerts in the SAE console.

View alert details

  1. Log on to the SAE console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Applications. In the top navigation bar, select a region. Then, click the name of an application.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Alerts > Alert Sending History.

  4. On the Alerts page, filter the fields as needed and click Search to view the alert sending history.

    Parameter

    Description

    Alert name

    The name of the alert rule based on which alerts are triggered.

    Alert Status

    The current processing status of the alert.

    Alert level

    The level of alerts. From light to heavy:

    • Default configurations are used.

    • P5

    • P4

    • P3

    • P2

    • P1

    Handled By

    The user who handles alerts.

    Notification policy

    Integration Type

    The type of the service integration that reports the alert events. Valid values:

    Created At

    The time period during which alerts are generated. The time period can be accurate to seconds.

  5. Click the alert name to view the details of the target alert.

    Handle alerts: You can claim an alert in the To Be Claimed state or handle an alert in the Processing state. You can also specify the user who handles the alert or change the level of the alert. For more information about how to associate an instance with a classification and grading template, see the View historical alerts section of this topic.

    • Click the Details tab to view the alert creation time, alert object, handler, notification, and solution.

    • Click the Events tab to view the events associated with the alert, the time when the event was created, and the status of the event. Click an event name to view the details of the event in the Event Details panel.

    • Click the Activity tab to view the activity records of the alert. You can filter the log type, object, and content to accurately locate the activity track of alerts.

Handle alerts

For unresolved alerts, you can claim, resolve, specify the alert handler, or modify the alert level in the SAE console. For more information,see View historical alerts

  1. Log on to the SAE console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Applications. In the top navigation bar, select a region. Then, click the name of an application.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Alerts > Alert Sending History. On the Alerts page, click Associated Operator in the upper-right corner. On the page that appears, use the DingTalk mobile terminal to scan the QR code and log on as prompted.

    Note
    • The name of the user is the nickname of your DingTalk account.
    • Multiple users may use an Alibaba Cloud account at the same time. Therefore, you must configure the Handled By parameter to specify the user who handles alerts.
  4. In the Actions column of the alert that you want to view, perform the required operations.

    • Claim: Set yourself as the person who handles the alert.

    • Solution: Disable the target alert.

    • Specify Alert Handle: Click the bt_more icon and specify an existing contact as the alert handler.

    • Modify the alert level: Click the bt_more icon to modify the alert level.

    • Push Alerts: Click the bt_more icon to push alerts to the ticket system. For more information about how to integrate the ticket system, seeUse a Jira account to integrate Jira with ARMS.

    After you handle the alert, click Exit in the upper-right corner.
