Automatic Resource Transfer is free. After you enable it, you can create custom transfer rules and associated resource transfer rules. The system automatically moves qualifying resources to specified resource groups. You can disable this feature at any time.
Enable Automatic Resource Transfer

Log on to the Resource Management console.

In the navigation pane on the left, select .

Click Enable.
Enabling this feature creates a service-linked role named AliyunServiceRoleForResourceGroup in Resource Access Management (RAM). The Resource Group service assumes this role to transfer resources based on rules. Service-linked role for Resource Group.

In the Enable dialog box, click OK.
You can then create the following transfer rules:

Custom transfer rules. Create and manage custom transfer rules.

Associated resource transfer rules. These rules automatically move associated resources to the resource groups of their primary resources. Use the Transfer Associated Resources feature.
Disable Automatic Resource Transfer

Log on to the Resource Management console.

In the navigation pane on the left, select .

Click Disable.
After you disable this feature, all existing transfer rules are deleted. Existing resource-to-resource-group relationships are not affected. You can re-enable this feature after 1 minute.
