You can use the Quota Template feature in Quota Center to submit quota applications in batches for new members in your resource directory. A quota template lets you submit applications for multiple critical quota items at once, improving the efficiency and automation of quota management across your organization.
Use cases
If you need to increase multiple quotas for several Alibaba Cloud accounts, you can add the required quota items to a quota template. After you enable Resource Directory and add the accounts as members, the system automatically submits the corresponding quota applications.
If your organization already has a multi-account structure based on Resource Directory, you can use a quota template to manage quotas for new members. Add the required quota items to the quota template, and the system automatically submits quota applications for all new or invited members.
Prerequisites
Resource Directory is enabled. For more information, see Enable Resource Directory.
To configure the quota template, you must use either the management account of your resource directory or a RAM user that belongs to the management account and has the AliyunQuotasFullAccess permission.
Limitations
This feature only supports increasing quotas in batches for new members. It does not apply to existing members.
This feature is available only for cloud services and quota items in Quota Center that support quota templates. For more information, go to the Quota Center Console.
Procedure
Log on to the Quota Center Console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Quota Templates.
On the Quota Templates page, click Enable Quota Template.
Add quota items to the quota template.

After the quota template is configured, the system automatically submits quota applications for the specified quota items for all new members added to the resource directory.
