Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible):Query operational logs

Last Updated:Mar 30, 2026

When troubleshooting O&M issues on a Redis instance, active logs give you a time-stamped record of instance activity from the last 72 hours. You can query these logs directly in the console without exporting data.

Supported instance types

Active log queries are not supported for the following instance types:

Instance type Details
Redis Open-Source Edition Version 2.8 only
Tair (Enterprise Edition) DRAM-based Instances compatible with Redis 6.0
Tair (Enterprise Edition) ESSD/SSD-based

Query active logs

  1. Log on to the ApsaraDB for Redis console. In the top navigation bar, select the region where your instance resides, then click the instance ID.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Logs > Active Logs.

  3. On the Active Logs page, select a time range and click Search.

For cluster instances, you can specify the required node to query its active logs.
