You must ensure that such transfer complies with all applicable laws, including providing adequate data security protection technologies and strategies, fulfilling legal obligations such as obtaining adequate and explicit consent from individuals, completing the outbound data transfer security assessment and declaration, etc. You warrant that your content is not subject to any restrictions or prohibitions on transfer or disclosure under applicable laws. You shall bear the corresponding legal consequences for failing to comply with the foregoing, and you shall indemnify Alibaba Cloud and/or its affiliates against any losses or damages suffered by Alibaba Cloud and/or its affiliates in connection with any breach of the foregoing.
