Pay-as-you-go workspaces and elastic resources of hybrid pricing are post-paid and non-refundable. Subscription workspaces, on the other hand, are prepaid for a defined period. If you no longer need the workspaces that you subscribed, you can request refunds. This topic describes the refund rules and procedure.
