ApsaraDB RDS:[New feature/New specifications] ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL primary instances using Premium Local SSDs provide new instance types and offer increased maximum storage capacity

ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL now offers 13 new instance types for primary instances using Premium Local SSDs, and increases the maximum storage capacity of select existing instance types up to 16,000 GB.

Scope

This update applies only to RDS for MySQL primary instances that use Premium Local SSDs. Read-only instances and instances using cloud disks are not affected.

New instance types

The following instance types are now available for RDS High-availability Edition (Dedicated family):
