Allows a Resource Access Management (RAM) user to invoke ChangePassword to change their own console logon password.
Operation description
This API operation can be invoked only by Resource Access Management (RAM) users. Before invoking this operation, make sure that AllowUserToChangePassword in SetSecurityPreference is set to True in Settings, which allows RAM users to manage their own passwords.
This operation is used only by the current RAM user to change their own console logon password. The OldPassword parameter must be provided when invoking this operation. If an administrator needs to set or reset the password for another RAM user, invoke UpdateLoginProfile.
