After you disable the quota template feature, if the management account adds a member to the resource directory, the quota template does not automatically submit a quota increase request for the member.
Procedure
Log on to the Quota Center console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Quota Templates.
On the Quota Templates page, click Disable Quota Template.
In the Disable Quota Template message, click OK.
