Quick BI provides a Feishu mobile client to help users view reports on their mobile devices. Feishu administrators can enable the Feishu micro-application for their organization. After team members attach the Feishu micro-application or are added as members of the Quick BI organization, they can view reports on the Feishu mobile app. This topic describes how an enterprise administrator can enable the Feishu micro-application service and authorize its interfaces in Quick BI.
Prerequisites
You are a Feishu administrator and have downloaded and registered for Feishu.
Limitations
Because of Feishu limitations, the number of API calls for the Feishu Free Edition is limited to 10,000 per month, effective October 31, 2024. If this quota is insufficient, you can upgrade to another Feishu edition to increase the call limit. For more information, see Feishu's adjustment notice for custom application API call limits.
Quick BI Professional Edition supports adding up to five authorized organizations. This is useful in scenarios where an enterprise has multiple independent entities, such as subsidiaries or branches, that need to access the same Quick BI instance.
Procedure
On the Feishu Interface Authorization page, click Add Authorization. In the Add New Authorization dialog box that appears, authorize your organization.

Step 1: Enable the Quick BI micro-application
Open the Feishu mobile app and scan the QR code in the Add New Authorization dialog box.
NoteThe opening QR code corresponding to each site of the public cloud and the international station is different, please refer to the QR code provided by each environment.
On the Application Details page, click Get to install the application.
Step 2: Authorize the Feishu interface
After the micro-application is installed, click Next in the Add New Authorization dialog box. You will proceed to the Enter CorpId step. Perform the following operations.
Obtain the CorpId of the current Feishu organization
Log on to the Feishu Admin Console as an administrator. On the Enterprise Overview page, obtain the CorpId of your organization.
Enter the CorpId
In the CorpId text box of the Add New Authorization dialog box, enter the CorpId that you obtained and click Verify. The system automatically detects and displays the name of your organization.
After you confirm that the organization is correct, click Next to authorize the new organization.
The Feishu organization's information is then synced to Quick BI. You can click Go to User Management to go to the Member Management page and sync members from your organization. For more information, see Add Feishu users.
Step 3: Configure the micro-application
Accounts that are synced from office software, such as DingTalk or Feishu, and have edit permissions can create and edit reports in the PC micro-application.
The default open method for the micro-application is Workspace. You can change this to Redirect to Browser as needed.

The configuration for the micro-application's open method takes effect only on the PC client.
If the open method is set to Workspace, you can view and edit reports within the workspace.
If the open method is set to Redirect to Browser, you can click within the micro-application to open a browser to view, edit, and perform other operations.
What to do next
After you authorize an organization, you can perform other operations, such as detaching an authorized organization or syncing Feishu members.
Detach an authorized organization
Click the
icon on the right of the target organization's card. In the dialog box that appears, click Revoke Authorization to detach the organization.

Sync Feishu members
In Add User, you can directly add Feishu users from the Sync from Office Software entry point.

Attach a Feishu account
After the Feishu interface is authorized, go to Personal Settings. You can then scan a QR code from the Bind [Feishu] Account entry point to attach your account.
Organization administrators can attach Feishu accounts for other users in Member Management.
