Quick BI:manage download tasks

After a self-service data retrieval task is created, you can edit, query, share, move, and delete the task on the page. Only group workspaces of the Professional Edition support the self-service data retrieval feature.

Go to the self-service data retrieval page

  1. log on Quick BI console.

  2. On the Quick BI product homepage, enter the self-service retrieval page as shown in the figure.

Edit self-service data retrieval

  1. Go to the self-service data retrieval page.

  2. In the Data retrieval list, right-click the target data retrieval task and select Edit.

    You can also click the 编辑icon in the row of the self-service fetch that you want to edit.

Query self-service data retrieval

  1. Go to the self-service data retrieval page.

  2. You can use one of the following methods to query data:

    1. Query only the self-service data retrieval created by me

    2. Query self-service data retrieval directly by name

      image
    3. Self-service data retrieval by filtering time and creator query

Grant permissions on a workbook

  1. Go to the self-service data retrieval page.

  2. In the Data retrieval list, right-click the target data retrieval task and select Collaborative Authorization.

    You can also click the 协同编辑icon in the row of the self-service fetch that you want to edit.

Share self-service data retrieval

  1. Go to the self-service data retrieval page.

  2. In the Data retrieval list, follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the share page.

  3. Create a link to the dashboard.

    1. Create a private link.

      1. On the Link Share page, click Private Link.

      2. Click Copy Link to the right of the link box to send the link to other users who have the permission to view the link.

    2. Create a public link.

      When you make a dashboard public, a public link to the dashboard is automatically generated. The link can be accessed by all users without the need to log on to an Alibaba Cloud account.

      1. On the Share Link page, click Public Link.

      2. Click Share to Public. On the page that appears, you can view the URL, expiration date, and No More Public.

        You can set the Deadline parameter. You can click Long Term to set the Deadline to Long Term. If you do not want to make the report public, you can click Disable.

      3. Click Copy Link to send the link to other users.

Rename and transfer a dataset

  1. Go to the Self-service Access page.

  2. In the Data retrieval list, right-click the target data retrieval task and select Properties.

  3. In the Properties panel, configure the following parameters.

    Requirement

    Name

    You can modify the name of the self-service retrieval to complete the renaming.

    Note

    You cannot specify the same name in the same folder. You can specify the same name in different folders.

    Owner

    Click the drop-down icon to select an owner to complete the transfer.

    Description

    Add a description for the self-service retrieval task.

  4. Click OK.

Move a workbook

  1. Go to the self-service data retrieval page.

  2. In the Retrievals list, follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the Move Resource page.

  3. In the Move Resource To panel, select the destination directory and click OK.

Delete a workbook

  1. Go to the self-service data retrieval page.

  2. In the Retrievals list, follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the Delete Resource page.

  3. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
