Quick BI offers a minimum subscription period of one month. You can choose the number of users and subscription duration that best suit your needs. You will receive automatic renewal reminders as your subscription's expiration date approaches. This topic details the billing for Quick BI.
Quick BI fees are calculated based on the number of users and the subscription duration. Anyone who creates or views a report needs a user license. You can purchase the number of licenses you need. For more information, see Purchase, upgrade, renew, or manage overdue payments for Quick BI.
If your instance payment is overdue, your service may be suspended. The system sends reminders to help you renew on time and prevent service interruptions.

Purchased Credits are added to your organization's shared pool and can be allocated to users. Note Credits for a seat are valid on a rolling monthly basis. For example, if your seat is purchased and activated on June 15, the Credits for that month are valid from June 15 to July 15.

Professional Edition (Role-based) offers the same features as Quick BI Enterprise Standard. The main difference is that Professional Edition (Role-based) allows you to purchase standard user and viewer licenses separately.
Professional Edition (Role-based) currently supports only annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are not available.
