Quick BI subscriptions are billed by user count and duration, starting at one month. Renewal reminders are sent before expiration.

Quick BI charges by user count and subscription duration. Every user who creates or views reports requires a license. Purchase, upgrade, renew, and manage overdue payments for Quick BI.

Note

The International Site offers four editions: Personal Edition, Advanced Version, Enterprise Standard Version, and Role-based Professional Edition. The Enterprise Standard Version and Role-based Professional Edition share the same features, but the Role-based Professional Edition lets you purchase general user and access user licenses separately.

Extraction acceleration engine capacity expansion	Advanced Version: Supports up to 100 million rows per table. Expansion: USD 1,000/5 GB. 2 GB included by default. Enterprise Standard Version: Supports up to 100 million rows per table. Expansion: USD 1,000/5 GB. 10 GB included by default.
Additional embedded reports	Advanced Version: 5/10/20/50/100/150/200/300-user subscriptions can add up to 5/10/20/50/100/150/200/1,000 embedded reports at USD 30/year per report. Enterprise Standard Version: 50/100/200/300-user subscriptions can add up to 100/200/500/10,000 embedded reports at USD 30/year per report. If you later upgrade to 100 or more general users, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

General user

1. Can be added as organization members and assigned as developers, analysts, or viewers.

2. Pricing: <100 users = USD 360/user; 100–300 users = USD 240/user; >300 users = USD 50/user.

Viewer

1. Viewers cannot be added as workspace members and can only view reports they have permission to access.

2. Tiered pricing: first 500 viewers = $80/viewer; 501–1,000 = $30/viewer; 1,001–5,000 = $10/viewer; above 5,000 = $2/viewer.

Example:

A company purchases a one-year subscription to the Role-based Professional Edition with 50 general users (USD 18,000), 10 access users (USD 800), and 20 Visualization Screens (USD 2,400). The total cost is USD 21,200. The final price is shown on the purchase page.
