The minimum subscription period for Quick BI is one year. You can select the number of users and subscription duration based on your needs. When the subscription is about to expire, the system automatically notifies you. This topic describes the billing methods of Quick BI.

Quick BI is billed based on the number of users and subscription duration. Whether you create or view reports, you need to occupy user licenses. You can purchase licenses based on your actual needs. For more information, see Purchases, Upgrades, Downgrades, Renewals, and Overdue Payments.

Important

If you have an overdue payment, the system sends you a notification. In this case, you must renew your subscription as soon as possible to prevent service suspension.

Visualization Screen	$120/year for 1 dashboard, minimum purchase of 2 dashboards, additional purchases in increments of 2. The Enterprise Standard Version includes five dashboards by default.
Acceleration Engine Expansion-Extraction	Advanced Version: Extraction acceleration - supports up to 100 million rows per table, expansion fee $1000/5GB, 2GB capacity included by default Enterprise Standard Version: Extraction acceleration - supports up to 100 million rows per table, expansion fee $1000/5GB, 10GB capacity included by default
Additional Embedded Reports	Advanced Version with 5/10/20/50/100/150/200/300 users can purchase additional 5/10/20/50/100/150/200/1000 embedded reports beyond the default limit, at $30/year/report. Enterprise Standard Version with 50/100/200/300 users can purchase additional 100/200/500/10000 embedded reports beyond the default limit, at $30/year/report. Note Advanced Version default embedded reports equal to the number of users. Enterprise Standard Version default embedded reports equal to twice the number of users.
Q Dashboard Agent	$100 per agent. You can purchase agents separately. The number of agents must be the same as the number of users. For example, if you have Premium Edition with 10 users, you can choose to purchase 0 or 10 Q Dashboard Agents. Note Currently only available in China (Hong Kong) and Malaysia sites. Coming soon to other sites.
Q Chat Agent	$100 per agent. You can purchase agents separately. The number of agents must be the same as the number of users. For example, if you have Professional Edition with 50 users, you can choose to purchase 0 or 50 Q Chat Agents. Note Currently only available in China (Hong Kong) and Malaysia sites. Coming soon to other sites.
Enhanced Ticket Embedding	$7000/year, Professional Edition users who have not reached 100 general users can purchase this feature separately. Note Not available for purchase by default. Please contact Quick BI product operations team to purchase. If you later upgrade to 100 general users, you will receive a refund for this feature.
