Webhook marketing is used to connect your first-party system (such as CRM) or third-party system by using Webhook to send marketing messages from one-party system or third-party system to selected people in the Quick Audience console.
The crowd can be specified as a crowd created by you or as a public crowd. The ID field associated with a crowd must contain the ID type supported by Webhook. The ID encryption method supports the original /AES/MD5/SHA256, but QuickAudience does not decrypt the MD5 or SHA256 encrypted ID. Your system must support MD5 or SHA256 decryption to use the ID.
Before you create a Webhook task, you must develop a Webhook for one or three systems. The organization administrator and workspace administrator configure the Webhook. For more information, see Webhook Management.
If a user other than the administrator needs to create a Webhook task, the user must be assigned a role that has the "User Marketing-Touch Marketing-Webhook" permission, and the administrator must grant the user the Usage Permission to use the Webhook task.
