Marketing Reach - Template Message Component
Send template messages through WeChat Official Accounts with customizable keyword replacement.
For example, you can push offline event messages to users in different cities by replacing the address keyword with city-specific addresses.
-
For details about template message features and configuration, see the official WeChat documentation.
-
For journeys starting with the Behavior Event or Target Audience component, users entering the Template Message component are matched by QAID. The system looks up a matching OpenID across all data sources, but retrieves only the OpenID corresponding to the current WeChat Official Account's AppID.
-
Follower data from your WeChat Official Account is automatically sent to the workspace computing source and imported into the analysis source. The generated user tag table uses the WeChat Official Account name as its alias. You can filter these users into audience groups for the Template Message component through Tag Filtering or other methods.
-
To attach a WeChat Official Account, see Account Authorization.
-
To limit WeChat message frequency per user and configure do-not-disturb periods, see Fatigue Control.
