After you complete the Webhook configuration, users with permissions can create Webhook tasks to call the functions of your one-party system or the third-party system to send marketing information through the Webhook.
Procedure
Choose Workspace> User Marketing > Reach Marketing > Webhook.

Click Create Sending Task in the upper-right corner.
On the Create Task page, set the following parameters:

Item
Example value
Name
Enter a task name.
Associate sub-activities
Select a main campaign and select a sub-campaign under the main campaign. Separate sub-campaigns are displayed under-at the end of the main campaign list. You can associate a marketing task with a sub-campaign. For more information about marketing activities, see Marketing Campaign Documentation.
Receiving crowd
Click Select Audience to select the audience to which you want to send the message.
Select Webhook
After you select an audience, select a Webhook from the drop-down list. The ID type supported by the available Webhook matches the ID type of the selected audience.
Parameters (displayed as real parameter names on the interface)
Enter or select a parameter value for the Webhook parameter, which is used to replace the parameter name with a specific parameter value during sending. For example, the sending content set by the system of one party or the system of the third party is "Discount activity in {address}", and {address} is a parameter that needs to be specified as the specific content.
For a text parameter, you can insert a variable into the parameter value. The variable references the user tag value. In this case, the content sent to different users will vary with the tag value.
Variable configuration method: For a text parameter, click the
icon at the position where you want to insert a variable. In the dialog box shown in the following figure, select the label used by the variable, enter the variable name, and specify whether to send the variable without the label or send the specified default value. Click Insert. On the current day changes to On the current day of ${birth}. If the value of a user's birthday tag can be obtained, the parameter will be sent as "on the XX day of the XX month"; If the value cannot be obtained, the parameter will be sent as "on your birthday".
Optional Send ID Type
Select the type of ID to send and how it is encrypted.
Campaign
When enabled, you can specify the sending time.
Click Test Send. In the dialog box that appears, enter the test ID and click OK. The system will call one-party system or three-party system to send messages to the test ID through Webhook.
NoteIf the test is successful on the Webhook Management page, skip this step.

A pop-up window will show whether the test is sent successfully.
Test sent successfully: Check whether the system of one party or the system of the three parties has received the Webhook request and whether the test ID has received the message. If not, click Download Log to troubleshoot the cause.
If the test fails to be sent, click Download Log in the message to troubleshoot the cause.
After the test task is sent, click Submit Sending Task to complete the task creation.
