This topic describes the API error codes related to Phone Number Verification Service.
API error code | Description | Solution |
OK | The request is successful. | - |
INVALID_PARAMETERS | Some of the input parameters are invalid. | Make sure that the parameters are valid. |
MOBILE_NUMBER_ILLEGAL | The format of the specified mobile phone number is invalid. | Verify the validity of the phone number format and try again. |
NOT_SUPPORTED_CHANNEL | The specified channel is not enabled. | Check whether the specified channel is enabled for this service. |
COUNTRY_BLACKLISTED | The countries were added to the blacklist by users. | In the Phone Number Verification Service console, set the country blacklist again. |
Specified AccessKeyId is not found | The AccessKey ID of your account is invalid. | Check whether the AccessKey ID of your account is valid. |
BIZ_NOT_OPEN_STATUS | The service is not activated. | Log on to the Phone Number Verification Service console to activate the service. |
SECURITY_INTERCEPTED | The number is blocked for security purposes. | This feature prevents the sending of fraudulent messages, thereby preventing unnecessary charges to your account. Only the SMS channel is supported. |
